Pet Friendly

Life is fun for our furry friends at Berkshire Coral Gables.  We offer an on-site pet spa so your pet feels fresh and is ready for that friendly stroll over to nearby Shops at Merrick Park.  You can even take your furry companion inside the store with you while you shop at Nordstrom.  If an activity day is what you have in mind, Blanche Park is an off leash park right around the corner and is the perfect spot for a day of Frisbee.  All kinds of convenient on-site amenities are provided and are easily accessible throughout the pet-friendly Berkshire Coral Gables neighborhood making sure your pet feels at home and a part of the community.

Pet Policy

Pets - Max 2 allowed, One time Fee $500.00, Rent $20.00

• Comments: Both Pet Fee (onetime) and Pet Rent (monthly) are per pet. The following breeds are generally prohibited: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier/Bull Terrier (aka Pit Bull), Presa Canario, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, all Husky & Malamute breeds, Rottweiler, wolf/restricted breed mix. Service animals are generally exempt regardless of breed. Management must approve all animals. No more than 2 pets are allowed in an apartment.
